For quite a while I couldn’t believe that I have cancer. Things were happening so quickly that I can now only remember that I felt shocked and numb, I was acting as if everything’s was okay. I was trying to be strong and keep my head cool. Sometimes I thought that it is just a bad joke, and I only have a flu or covid and not stage 4 lymphoma.
I later found out that there are a few important things that you can do to get through denial stage a bit quicker, which I will share with you in the next post.
